One to One Personal Trainers

I am a hairdresser and stand on my feet for much of the day when I work. I had developed a pain in my lower back and lumber region; it really was starting to get me down.

My GP and physiotherapist did all they could, but didn’t cure it. My friend recommended using a personal fitness trainer to work on my fitness and may be cure my problems.

I found my personal trainer and we worked in the gym and I was given special exercises to do at home, my personal trainer told me these were to address any muscular imbalances I may have had.

My diet was carefully monitored and my personal trainer added fitness work on the treadmill and exercise bike.

I must say the weight I have lost has made me feel so much fitter and healthier, but most of all my lower back problems have gone... I feel wonderful.

My personal trainer's advice and help has been invaluable and I am so grateful to him for his patience and encouragement, I can work again and not be in pain.

My baby was 6 months old and I was having such a problem losing the extra weight I had put on whilst pregnant. I just could not understand it, I was busy dashing around all day with my new baby and could not lose a pound!

I couldn't afford a one to one personal trainer, so I opted for a group session with a personal trainer.

All the group get the benefits of a personal trainer, at a reduced rate, and more importantly we all encorage each other.

The groups are only small 4 to 6 people in each.
I am on the road to losing all the extra weight I had gained, I couln't do it on my own without my personal trainer and my new group of friends.
